They originally debuted on the DDP Yoga Now app as live workouts, but they have since been renamed-on the DVDs and the app-with fun, descriptive titles. All of these workouts first appeared on the DDP Yoga Now app and are still available. Collectively, these new DVD sets contain five DVDs and 23 new workouts-15 on DDPY Bonus! and 8 on Extreme 3.0. A significant amount of people still prefer physical media over digital, so Dallas decided to give them some new content to enjoy.

I got one of my friends into it because of his back issues and he remarked: "I can actually feel my back", after one 25 minute session.Recently, two new DDP Yoga DVD sets were released: DDPY Bonus! and Extreme 3.0. The key is consistency, if I go several days without doing anything, the aches start to creep back in. My lower back, for example, I couldn't make my bed without it starting to ache instantly and if my feet hung off the end of my bed whilst sleeping during the night, I'd have an ache the next morning, but now, its like I've had a back transplant.

Now, I have been doing DDPY for over two years and parts of my body that I previous had issues with - shoulders and specifically my lower back, have improved dramatically. Some quick "stretches to help sciatica" coupled with taking aspirin (the only painkiller that did anything to alleviate the pain, bizarre, I know) started to work. I started exploring Yoga many years ago, with the hope of it helping my sciatica, which at its worst, was completely debilitating. My question is has anyone had experience where they pushed thru it and got better? As if once my core strength is better, my back pain will be less? I want to continue but not if I'm hurting myself more by doing so. But afterwards my back hurts more and the next day as if all that movement has irritated my back. I don't have any issues doing any of the positions. I decided to do it! I have been doing the program for about a week now. So recently I heard DDP on Rogan podcast and was inspired by his story and passion. I have been told numerous times over the last couple of years to do yoga, "it's great for your back". The shots work but I don't want to have to go for that every 3 to 4 months forever. I have done everything from PT, acupuncture, epidural shots, RF ablation, inversion table etc. L4 and L5 are herniated, pain down left leg and I have arthritis in thorasic region. I've had lower back pain for over 2 years.
